The Department of Chemistry is established in 2004 with a view of imparting knowledge in all fields of Chemistry among the students and offering three specializations namely Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Physical Chemistry at post graduate level. Our faculties have chosen to work on the most modern, current and thrust areas of chemical sciences. The motto of the Department of Chemistry is Education, Employment, Productivity and Prosperity.

M.Sc. (Chemistry) | A candidate who has passed the B.Sc. Degree examination with Branch IV Chemistry as main subject of study of this University or any of the B.Sc. Degree examination with specialization such as Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or any other specialization in Chemistry of any other University accepted by the Syndicate as equivalent thereto, subject to such condition as may be prescribed therefore shall be permitted to appear and qualify for the M.Sc. Degree in Chemistry of this University after a course of study of two academic years. |
