A candidate who has passed the B.Sc. Degree examination with Branch IV Chemistry as main subject of study of this University or any of the B.Sc. Degree examination with specialization such as Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or any other specialization in Chemistry of any other University accepted by the Syndicate as equivalent thereto, subject to such condition as may be prescribed therefore shall be permitted to appear and qualify for the M.Sc. Degree in Chemistry of this University after a course of study of two academic years.
