the marks awarded in the third valuation Periyar University conducts regular examinations during the months of Nov-Dec and April-May of every year. Non-Semester pattern is adopted for the courses offered through distance education except a few courses. The university follows single valuation for the UG and double valuation system for PG and M.Phil degrees. If the difference of marks between first and the second evaluation is more than 10 marks, the paper is referred to a third examiner and will be final.
